What it is: A hands-on Instructor lead, practical training program designed to prepare service technicians, integrators, and IT/Facilities personnel to install, configure, and validate a C-CURE IQ Security Intelligence and Incident Workflow, on an existing C-Cure 9000 System. The course covers server and client components, licensing, site/project setup, device/reader configuration, user management, Web Views and maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Why it exists: To ensure installers can rapidly deploy a stable, secure C-CURE IQ system that aligns with customer requirements, internal security policies, and best practices for reliability and maintainability.
Scope: From planning and pre-installation activities through to initial commissioning, basic project setup, daily maintenance, backup/restoration, and common troubleshooting. Emphasis on practical, repeatable steps, verified checklists, and hands-on lab exercises.
