Audience: Special education professionals who develop Transition IEPs

    Instructor: Emily Westfall

Stop guessing and start "gaining” with a transition training designed to take your IEPs to the next level! This isn't just another compliance lecture, it’s a hands-on "Group Challenge" where you’ll learn to align Postsecondary Goals (PSGs) with purposeful transition activities that are actually easy to track. We will move beyond vague plans to "forge" progress-monitoring strategies that deliver real wins. Whether you’re looking for a "Victory Royale" in student outcomes or want to build a better bank of transition activities to use tomorrow, this session will give you the tools to respawn your IEP process with purpose. Join us and unlock the elite level of transition planning!
