    Summer Session Series

    8:00 - 3:00, lunch included

    August 19 & 20, 2026

    Location: GMB, 8th St. Holland

    Audience: New and existing teachers, principals and related services staff

     Join us for a fun and engaging session where we address IEP documentation tips and tricks. This course will build knowledge and understanding for school staff around substantially compliant IEPs according to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE).  

    This series is reserved for those who are new to special education (within the first 3 years), new to Ottawa County, or others who would like to sharpen their IEP development skills.

    Cost: $40, 2 days

    SCECH's will be available pending state approval. This is a 2-day session; attending both sessions is required to receive SCECH's

Credit cards may be used only at initial registration

•     Checks or cash should be sent to Ottawa Area ISD, 13565 Port Sheldon St., Holland, MI 49424. Please reference registration number and course name

•     If payment is not received at the conclusion of the training, your district will be invoiced

•     There is no cost for SCECHs or Social Work CEU’s

•     There is no charge for cancellations processed through Wisdomwhere prior to 7 days before the training date

•     If you are an OAISD employee, please select "OAISD Internal Transfer" in the Payment Type dropdown. Please do not use your p-card for payment.
