For activities held on or after June 1, 2010, ARIN Intermediate Unit 28 will mail Letters of Completion ONLY for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses. Unless otherwise noted, Letters of Completion for all other activities (workshops, meeting, conferences, etc.) will NOT be mailed but instead Certificates of Completion/Attendance will be available for participants to print directly from their transcripts within the online registration system.

Please allow up to 30 days following an activity for ARIN IU 28 to process submission of your Act 48 hours to PDE and create the online Certificate of Completion/Attendance within your transcript.

To print a Certificate of Completion/Attendance :

  1. Make sure you have completed all of the requirements for the activity and, if applicable, submitted the fee for the event.
  2. Once you are on the Online Registration System website, log on by clicking on the underlined “Logon” (near the top of the screen, but below the gray bar with the day’s date).
  3. Once you have logged on, click the "View Transcript" link near the top of the screen (again, below the gray bar).
  4. When the next screen appears, you may set a “start date” or, to see your entire transcript, just click on the "View Transcript" button.
  5. Under “Events Attended” (you may need to scroll down to see the list), look to the far right-hand side. If an event has a Certificates of Completion/Attendance, you will see a document icon after the “Hours” column.
  6. Click the document icon and print your certificate.


  1. Adobe Reader must be installed on the computer to read and print the document.
  2. This site works best with Internet Explorer. You may experience difficulty with other browsers. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, you will need to follow whatever steps are required by that browser, to download, view, and print, PDF files.
