Statewide Event Policies

Registration Confirmation: Please check to make sure you have received a confirmation email upon registering for an event. If you did not receive an email confirmation you may not be properly registered to attend the event. Please direct questions regarding registering for an event to the event contact on the registration flyer. 

Registration Policy: Once the registration window has closed, we are unable to add participants to the training events. 

Attendance Cancellation Policy:  By registering for one of our Statewide Events you are verifying that you will be in attendance at the session(s) .  If you find that you can no longer attend, please check your emailed confirmation for the cancellation deadline. Cancellations must be in writing following the directions on your confirmation email. 

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy: In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled only if the training venue is closed.  If a Statewide Event is cancelled due to inclement weather, every attempt will be made to reschedule and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled date.
