A network that supports teachers who have recently graduated, or completed an educator training program, and are employed in their first teaching experience.
The network will center around the book, The New Teacher Handbook: 107 Strategies to Problem Solve the Hard Parts of Teaching by Berit Gordon. Participants will learn practical strategies to implement immediately, while having the opportunity to build a support system, networking with others facing similar opportunities and challenges. Four full day sessions: August 13th, September 29th, December 9th, and February 25th 2027. There will also be two virtual sessions on October 8th 2026 and February 4th 2027 from 4pm-6pm.
