The Transition Council is composed of representatives from each local district, career and technical education (CTE), school counselors, and community agencies such as CMH, MRS, Mi-Works and MMI. This team works collaboratively to build capacity for developing meaningful transition plans for students with disabilities.
This DPPD program for the 2026-2027 school year covers the trainings offered to special education case managers at the 9th gr age 26 level. We will discuss topics specific to their service band. In addition, we will focus on completing a project to benefit the whole RESD.
