This training is only for Davenport Community Schools employees, including paras and subs.

The goal of this session is to empower teachers to effectively integrate technologies in their classrooms to engage students and improve achievement. This course will support teachers as they pursue Google for Education’s Level 2 Educator Certification. All content and instruction will stem from Google for Education’s Training Center.

Sessions will focus on major areas of interest in current technology topics in the district. To earn credit, participants will complete at least 15 hours of training and an additional 30 hours of outside class work.

Topics include:
• Engaging in Professional Growth and Leadership
• Increasing Efficiency and Saving Time
• Facilitating and Inspiring Student Learning and Creativity

Prerequisite: Google Certification Level 1
