In this learning opportunity facilitated by Diane Sweeney Consulting, building administrators will learn how to best support teacher leaders as they implement student-centered coaching, a coaching model that increases teacher effectiveness and student achievement by focusing on student outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on the role of administrators in leading the coaching effort.

In this course, participants will:
1. Learn the core practices, strategies, tools, and techniques of the student-centered coaching model
2. Understand the role of administrators in implementing student-centered coaching
3. Partner with the teacher leader to implement an effective coaching model
