This course is open to teachers, paras, and those who hold a sub. authorization license.Through the words of Madeline Hunter, “Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” we recognize that caring is key. This course addresses how to effectively relate with students, colleagues, and parents to enhance a sense of community within the classroom and school. Strategies that promote relationship building and the ensuing benefits to the classroom and school system are shared.
