Adult Learning Theory for Teacher Leaders workshop

This workshop is open only to districts that have received a TLC Grant.
Participants will investigate Malcolm Knowles´ Adult Learning Theory with emphasis on design and delivery of professional learning, facilitation of group processes and development of necessary structures for professional learning environments to be effective, and cultivation of skills associated with effective dialogue with colleagues.
