This workshop is based on Jim Knight’s Instructional Coaching model. Participants will leave with an increased knowledge and understanding of the Instructional Coaching philosophy, the underlying Partnership Principles, coaching in the context of understanding educational change, and the roles of both the instructional coach and the school leader. As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to utilize their knowledge and skills about instructional coaching to provide an instructional coaching service to their schools.
