    Student Support Strategies - CE-CERT

The regional Student Support Services Job Alike meeting will focus on the CE-CERT model and how it can support professionals working in trauma-exposed or high-stress environments. Participants will explore five practical skills for managing stress during the workday: experiential engagement, reducing rumination, conscious narrative, reducing emotional labor, and parasympathetic recovery. This session will emphasize the use of micro-interventions to support emotional regulation, reduce burnout, and enhance professional well-being and job satisfaction.
