Question Persuade Refer (QPR)

During the course, participants will be able to recognize the early warning signs and understand the importance of identifying these signs. They will also learn the correct terminology to use and how to respond appropriately when incorrect terms are mentioned. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a role-play activity to help prevent the stigma associated with these conversations.

At the end of the QPR course individuals will be able to: recognize the warning sides of suicide, know how to offer hope during a difficult situation and know how to get help and save a life, especially related to central PA.
