AT Buzz Sessions (22-23)
|
Many educators work with learners who have difficulty accessing or actively participating in their curriculum. Assistive Technology (AT) can help! ARIN IU 28 is pleased to offer “AT Buzz Sessions,” on September 22, December 15, February 23, and May 11 of the 2022-2023 school year, from 3:30- 4:00 PM, presented by Jayna Greenfield of ARIN TaC. In these four half-hour virtual sessions, participants will have the opportunity to learn about different AT tools for reading, writing, math, organization, and more, that are readily available and easy for students to use. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to network with other teachers, gaining ideas for implementing assistive technology in their classrooms. Zoom links will be sent to participants upon completion of their registration. (Note: You must attend at least two sessions to earn Act 48 credit.) There is no fee for this series. Participants will be able to: 1. Discover free and easily accessible AT tools and resources to use with students. 2. Network with other professionals, problem solve, and share successes in AT.
