Important Information

This summit is a focused, practical day designed to equip school leaders with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to lead effective structured literacy implementation. Programming includes sessions on the principal's role in literacy leadership, foundational knowledge about structured literacy, and practical strategies for implementation science.  The day will conclude with an expert practitioner panel discussion, which includes Pennsylvania building and district leaders who are leading the implementation of structured literacy in their capacities.  Participants will be provided the opportunity to discuss and collaboratively plan.

The first 35 registrants will receive the new International Dyslexia Association (IDA) Structured Literacy Toolkit.  The kit was created to develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to facilitate a Professional Learning Community (PLC) focused on evidence-based literacy instruction.

Lunch will be provided by K12 Coalition.
