    Co-Teaching in the Classroom 2022-23

ARIN Intermediate Unit is offering a one day training, Co-Teaching in the Classroom, on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, from 9:00-3:00.  This training is recommended for all teachers, however, districts are encouraged to send co-teaching partners.

This training will focus on the different models of co-teaching, the pros and cons associated with each model, and it will also help teachers to determine the best model to use in their classrooms.  We will look at ways to best utilize all professionals (teachers and support staff) in a classroom in order to actively engage learners and meet the needs of every student.

Cost for the in-person training is $35 per person and 5 total Act 48 hours will be awarded at the completion of the training.  Lunch is included.  Please contact Lacie Cook at lcook@iu28.org, or Mariha Shields at mshields@iu28.org, for any questions regarding this training.
