NVCI Refresher Programs are offered to those who have received training in the past year. This formal refresher training will offer a great opportunity to help staff resolve their daily challenges. The Key Point Refresher material will help you:
• Navigate through each level and make connections between core concepts
• Focus on helping participants apply the information to the challenges they face
• Bridge and integrate concepts for a broader understanding of crisis development
• Generate lively discussion and idea sharing
There is an online component of this class that MUST be completed prior to the day of the class you are registering for.
Bring a copy of the online certificate when you complete the online portion prior to class.
