Designing Inclusive Practices & Addressing Challenging Behaviors: Effective for All, Essential for Some Join us for a high-impact session with Stephanie Dyer, a
school psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and statewide leader in
autism education. This training will focus on practical, realistic strategies
that strengthen inclusive practices while addressing significant challenging
behaviors. Stephanie will share
evidence-informed approaches that support authentic inclusion across
educational settings. These practices are effective for all, but essential for
some making them valuable tools for every educator. This session will highlight:
- Addressing significant challenging behaviors in ways that
uphold student dignity, enhance safety, and build long-term skill development.
- Designing inclusive environments that increase
engagement, independence, communication, and social connection.
- Implementing
intentional, consistent, and sustainable practices that foster true belonging
and benefit the entire school community.
