Newly hired Head Start staff will engage in a foundational professional development session designed to introduce key program-specific policies and procedures. This orientation will provide essential information across core areas such as health and safety, education, disabilities services, family engagement, and more. The goal of this session is to equip new team members with the knowledge and resources necessary to confidently begin their roles and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services for children and families.
