This professional development session provides GSRP educators with practical strategies for implementing the Pyramid Model to promote children's social-emotional development and prevent challenging behavior. Participants will explore the Pyramid Model framework, including nurturing and responsive relationships, supportive classroom environments, targeted social-emotional teaching strategies, and individualized interventions. Through discussion, classroom examples, and reflection, educators will strengthen their ability to embed evidence-based practices into daily routines, foster positive peer interactions, and create inclusive learning environments that support the success of every child.
