Explore the future of teaching and learning with virtual reality. This course equips you to use immersive technologies to boost engagement, deepen understanding, and spark creativity. You will examine VR tools that make abstract concepts tangible and bring global experiences to life. You will learn to design and facilitate interactive VR lessons that promote collaboration and curiosity, create a classroom-ready VR experience, and develop strategies for integrating immersive learning into your practice.

Important Information
Each free, 3-week course is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to move through approximately 10 hours of content that is mostly asynchronous. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, you will engage in at least one live, synchronous interaction with your instructor. All courses are facilitated by Michigan educators and focus on immediate classroom application. Your instructor will email additional course information at least 24 hours before the course start date. Because interaction with others is expected, our courses are not considered self-paced.
Note: New users must create an account in the registration system before registering.
