Cybersecurity Practices explores what is cybersecurity, resources to help support your organization, and a review of best practices to follow for protecting and keeping safe your organization's network. Every person in an organization has a responsibility to practice good cybersecurity skills, which are also beneficial in one's personal life.

Important Information
Each free, 3-week course is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to move through approximately 10 hours of content that is mostly asynchronous. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, you will engage in at least one live, synchronous interaction with your instructor. All courses are facilitated by Michigan educators and focus on immediate classroom application. Your instructor will email additional course information at least 24 hours before the course start date. Because interaction with others is expected, our courses are not considered self-paced.
