Purchase Order: For institutions or organizations using purchase orders, select this option during registration. Please ensure that you have the necessary authorization to use a purchase order.

Invoice LEA (Local Education Agency): LEAs can opt for invoicing as their payment method. Once registered, an invoice will be generated and sent to your LEA for payment processing. Ensure that the billing information is accurate during registration.

Coupon Code: If you have a valid coupon code, you can apply it during the registration process to receive any applicable discounts.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please keep the following cancellation policy in mind:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 business days before the start of the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 business days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
