Preschool Safe Crisis Management Recertification Training

This session will teach the skills required for safe use of Safe Crisis Management at the preschool level. Classroom content includes discussion of core concepts of the curriculum, de-escalation strategies and documentation requirements. Physical skills to intervene with explosive children are re-taught. Participants will answer core content questions related to Safe Crisis Management on a written exam at an 80% accuracy and perform the Emergency Safety Physical Intervention skills at above an 80% proficiency level.
