-Program will explain the importance of teaching Executive Function Skills and share research and strategies to support instruction in the Secondary classroom. - Educators will create a Unit Plan that includes teaching Executive Function Skills specific to their subject area and assignments. (Example: Breaking a long-term project into smaller chunks with due dates for each section)

|
-In order to support appropriate lesson planning, educators will create the unit with explicit instruction of executive function skills included based on their Area of Certification/Area of Assignment.
-Program will include elements of Adult Learning Theory including: Practical learning, Prior Knowledge, Learn by Doing and Self-Direction.
