    Principals are the academic leaders in their school.  As such, they need to provide training to the teachers especially those new to the art of teaching. This workshop will give various techniques for principals to be instructional coaches in their buildings.
    Target Audience
    Administrators of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
    Learner Outcomes

    Participants will

    Understand what Instructional Coaching is.

    Be able to practice it in their schools to improve instruction.
