    26 BH Making Learning Meaningful
    Participants will learn the difference between accommodations and modifications for students with special needs. They will learn what is needed when modifying parts of the curriculum and how they can make modifications that will make learning meaningful for all students in their class including those with special needs.
    Target Audience
    Principals and staff of RTA Schools
    Learner Outcomes
    Participants will be able to identify accommodations as changes that help a student in how they learn the topics.
    Participants will be able to identify modifications as changes that help a student in what they learn (the content).
    Participants will learn how to make meaningful modifications when needed.
    Participants will learn how to report and share student progress.
