    26 HR Empowering Educators: Harnessing Artificial Intelligence
    This workshop will dive into the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explore its real-world applications in the elementary classroom. Participants will discover the fundamentals of AI, gain insights into the ethics and bias associated with AI technologies, and leave with practical strategies to effectively integrate AI into their classrooms. Through hands-on exploration of AI tools, educators will discover how AI can personalize learning experiences, differentiate assignments, provide additional support to students with diverse needs, and much more!

    Learner Outcomes

    ·        Define Artificial Intelligence (AI)

    ·        Explore bias and ethical considerations of AI use.  

    o   Understand whose voice is AI speaking.

    ·        Develop best practices for using AI in elementary classrooms.

    o   Explore AI education platforms and their practical uses for lesson planning and classroom management.

    o   Identify AI education platforms designed for student use and understand privacy concerns. 

    Discuss the appropriate use of AI for both teachers and students
