Early Childhood Transition - Part C to Part B

Transitions occur for children and families across their lifespan. One major transition required within IDEA is when children transition out of Part C (Early On) into Part B Early Childhood Special Education. Participants will learn the compliance requirements, procedures, and tools to support the transition from Part C to Part B.
