New Teacher Academy 2023-24

Throughout this course, educators will have opportunities to deepen their understanding of pedagogy and identify relevant applications within their own classroom while building a collaborative network of local educators.

Learner Outcomes
  • Educators will increase awareness regarding Char-Em ISD resources and support for teachers.
  • Educators will establish a learning community of new local teachers across the ISD.
  • Educators will increase their teacher efficacy through the topics of Classroom. Environment and culture, Student Engagement and feedback, and Collaboration and communication.
