Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) Training

(This is a two day series.  Participants are asked to register separately for each session they are available to attend.)

These workshops will build on our previous work with the conceptual shifts embodied in the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), inquiry-based science instruction, assessing the performance expectations, and promoting academically productive classroom discussions.  It is not necessary, however, that you attended last year's workshops to participate this year.  We will continue to explore deeply the Science and Engineering Practices of developing and using scientific models; constructing scientific explanations; and engaging in scientific argument.
