*Working with Under-Resourced Learners K-12 - 17/18-109 2/13 and 3/15/2018

This workshop will help you to better understand the culture of poverty and how it influences values and behavior, as well as ways to connect with students and their families in a meaningful and effective way. You’ll learn about strategies and interventions that work best given available resources, increase support systems for all students and their families and strategies for managing behavior.

 Social Work CEUs and SCECH credits will be available.

Target Audience
K-12 Behavior Teams, Administrators, Student Support Staff and Classroom Teachers.
