B13 Transition Training Series

Designed to support transition planning of each district, the B13 Transition Training Series utilizes district B13 Strand data and Student-Level Corrective Action Plans from the 2025–26 school year to guide targeted professional learning. This series provides in-depth training on Transition IEP compliance and best practices, Jackson County Transition Assessment procedures, and alignment of measurable postsecondary goals and transition services. The third session includes individualized district support, during which training facilitators will schedule on-site visits during the week of January 11, 2027, to assist teams in conducting audits of B13 Transition requirements for all transition-aged students.
