  • Who: Anyone 18+ looking for a hands on approach to learning safe food handling & kitchen Management. Zero experience needed.

  • What: JACC Culinary course in partnership with Taher Food Services in Jackson.

  • Where: Parkside Middle School Cafeteria: 2400 4th St, Jackson, MI 49203

  • When: (6) Monday evenings

    • Two additional cooking labs TBD

  • Cost: $1500 per person

    • Certificates:

      • Serve Safe: Food Handler

      • Serve Safe: Kitchen Manager
