- Conduct comprehensive SEL curriculum audits to identify program strengths, gaps, and student alignment.
- Apply the NIRN Hexagon Tool to evaluate SEL programs across six key domains: Need, Fit, Capacity, Evidence, Supports, and Usability.
- Utilize the SEL 3 Signature Practices Playbook (Inclusive Welcome, Engaging Strategies, Intentional Close) to embed SEL seamlessly into daily classroom instruction.
- Connect SEL implementation directly to PA Code Chapter 14 Emotional Support mandates and the PA Career Ready Skills continuum.
