This
professional development will provide educators with practical strategies to
build a positive classroom culture through teamwork, belonging, and student
leadership. Educators will gain tools to strengthen relationships, encourage
collaboration, increase student engagement, and create an environment where all
students feel valued and connected. Participants will learn from Donato
Fanelle, Coordinator of Character Development with the Ed Snider Youth Hockey
& Education program, about using character development and leadership to
support student growth.
