The Teacher Leadership Academy in partnership with
Boston College’s Roche Center is a cohort-based professional learning
experience designed to empower educators as instructional and mission-driven
leaders within their schools and the broader Catholic school system.
Through a combination of a summer institute, ongoing learning sessions, and
collaborative work, participants engage deeply in both leadership
development and instructional improvement.
