MTSS Coaching Community of Practice

This series is designed for those serving in
coaching roles within an integrated MTSS framework. Through interactive
learning, discussion, practice, and reflection, participants will develop a
shared understanding of effective coaching, refine facilitation and feedback
skills, and apply evidence-based coaching strategies to support educators and
systems change.
These are 3 hour sessions. Participants are
asked to register separately for each session they are available to attend.

Learner Outcomes
|
- Identify the core competencies and
practices of effective instructional and systems coaching within an integrated
MTSS framework.
- Demonstrate foundational coaching skills,
such as active listening, reflective questioning, observation, feedback, goal
setting, and action planning.
- Apply evidence-based coaching strategies
using coaching scenarios.
- Reflect on and refine coaching practices
through peer feedback, self-assessment, and deliberate practice.
Pending approval, State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs) will be offered for these trainings. Further information will be provided at each session.
