Graduate Credits are available through the School of Education at Purdue University Fort Wayne”.  School administrators interested in graduate credits need to contact, Dawn Adams, dawn.adams@pfw.edu, in the School of Education for information on tuition costs and enrollment requirements. Dispositions represent professional attitudes, values and beliefs demonstrated through verbal and non-verbal behaviors. During this session, participants will examine critical dispositions that contribute to a leader’s professional demeanor and evaluate how the dispositions of a school leader promote student learning and contribute to an effective school culture.

The importance of colleagues mattering to one another cannot be overstated but is often overlooked.  Mattering is meaningful significance.  During this session, participants will become familiar with the elements that make up a teacher's sense of mattering and the impact that mattering (or not mattering) can have on the climate, culture, and health of an organization. Leaders will walk away with activities and reflections that can be used with teachers to address this critical issue.
