The REMC Esports events are designed to provide training and support for schools interested in starting a scholastic esports team. The goal of these events is to train individuals on questions to ask, steps to take and support needed for a school esports program. These are an entry point for schools wanting to explore the benefits of participating in scholastic esports.
The Esports Academy is designed to provide training and support for schools interested in starting a scholastic esports team. The goal is to train individuals on how to start and support an esports program as well as provide an opportunity for newly created school esports teams to gain experience by participating in an organized esports tournament. The REMC Esports Academy will provide an entry point for schools wanting to explore the benefits of participating in scholastic esports.
Lunch will be provided for this in-person workshop.
