MCORE: Elementary Y5s-6th Grade (2026-2027)

MCORE is a networking group for teachers who are new to Monroe County, new to the profession, or simply looking for extra support and connection. M-CORE connects educators with essential resources, district support, and one another, helping them build confidence, community, and success from day one. Collaborative sessions will be built around district and teacher needs, while meeting the requirements of five of the Mentor/Mentee hours. The sessions will incorporate classroom management strategies as well as resources that Monroe County has to offer.
