This comprehensive orientation is designed to welcome and prepare newly hired staff for their roles within the Head Start program. Whether working in education, family services, health, disabilities, or support roles, all new team members will gain a strong understanding of the Head Start mission, core values, and the vital part they play in supporting children and families. Throughout this orientation, participants will receive essential information on a variety of program-specific policies, procedures, and practices that ensure compliance, quality, and consistency across services.
