Tired of students falling down the internet rabbit hole? This session spotlights the 21 Things 4 Students Search Strategies Thing, where learners discover how to move from aimless Googling to smart, focused searching. With hands-on Quests, students practice using the best research tools, learn how to evaluate information for credibility, and explore safe searching habits.

Teachers and curriculum teams will see how these activities:

  • Build essential research and digital literacy skills.
  • Teach students to properly cite their sources and avoid plagiarism.
  • Empower students to confidently navigate the web while staying safe.

Whether used as a complete Thing or as individual Quests to support class projects, Search Strategies gives students the skills to cut through the clutter and find reliable answers faster.
