We know technology leaders play an essential role in helping districts translate AI goals into safe, practical, and instructionally sound systems. In this small-group coaching experience, participants will explore the ALP AI Competency Model for Teachers, examine how educators are using AI for instruction, and address a role-relevant problem of practice. Through facilitated discussion, cross-district collaboration, and feedback over time, technology leaders will develop practical approaches for supporting teachers and school leaders while strengthening alignment across instructional and technology teams. Participants will join three 60-minute small group sessions and attend a culminating 90-minute whole group session to share and learn from the other small groups and technology leaders from across MI. There is a $100 stipend for successfully completing the work.
