REMC Courses
REMC Courses provide an opportunity to enhance personal or professional learning by exploring technology tools and instructional practices. Each free, 3-week course is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to move through approximately 10 hours of content that is mostly asynchronous. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, you will engage in at least one live, synchronous interaction with your instructor. All courses are facilitated by Michigan educators and focus on immediate classroom application. Because interaction with others is expected, our courses are not considered self-paced. Optional SCECHs are available for each course. Participants may also pursue a REMC Microcredential for deeper learning through one of 7 pathways.

This course helps educators design and deliver presentations that truly connect with adult learners. Participants will explore how adults learn best and apply those principles to create engaging, memorable presentations. Through guided practice, they’ll refine key skills such as storytelling, body language, and audience interaction, while learning to integrate visuals and technology with purpose. By the end, participants will leave with a presentation plan that “sticks”—one that inspires, informs, and empowers every adult learner in the room.
