Participants will experience guided exploration of the monitoring and adjusting portions of the MICIP platform as they relate to current district improvement processes (ESI) and identified priorities (curriculum, instruction, PLCs, learning intentions, etc.). SCECH and lunch available if registered 24 hours in advance

Target Audience
|
|
Any district staff participating in the current continuous improvement process (superintendents, principals, curriculum directors, teacher leaders).

Learner Outcomes
|
Checking the Compass: Design a monitoring system that tracks both
implementation and impact. Participants will
identify measures, develop monitoring routines,
and plan for ongoing adjustment.
Follow the Data Bricks: Explore multiple sources of data to identify
strengths, needs, trends, and opportunities for
improvement. Participants will learn practical
approaches for turning information into action.
