Introduction to Restorative Peace Circles
|
|
This training provides educators with an immersive experience in using restorative peace circles as a tool to build community and repair harm in schools. Participants will learn to facilitate both proactive circles—used regularly to strengthen classroom relationships, promote student voice, and prevent conflicts—and reactive circles, designed to address incidents of harm or conflict by fostering accountability, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving.
