    AI Collaborative

AI is changing too quickly for any one educator, school, or district to figure it out alone.

The IU29 AI Collaborative is a recurring regional gathering for educators interested in exploring what’s happening with artificial intelligence, sharing what they are learning, experimenting with new ideas, and building alongside other educators.

Unlike a traditional professional development workshop, the Collaborative is designed as a working community. Each gathering will combine short updates and demonstrations with conversation, networking, experimentation, and time to actually create.

Sessions may feature emerging AI tools, practical strategies, examples from local classrooms, current AI news and developments, educator showcases, collaborative challenges, and guest speakers. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own discoveries, questions, projects, successes, and spectacular failures to share with the group.

The goal isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to create a regional community that can learn faster together than any of us could individually.

    Target Audience

Teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, technology integrators, curriculum specialists, librarians/media specialists, STEM educators, special educators, and other school personnel interested in exploring AI in education.

All experience levels are welcome. You do not need to be an AI expert—curiosity and a willingness to experiment are enough.

Format: Recurring bi-monthly collaborative gathering. Participants are welcome to attend individual sessions or become regular members of the community.
