PBIS Systems Reboot Workshop Series

Participants will leave each session with practical tools, resources, and action plans they can immediately use to strengthen PBIS implementation in their schools. The series provides professional learning, guided work time, team collaboration opportunities, and ready-to-use PBIS materials focused on Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and sustainability practices. Schools will also gain strategies for data-based decision making, staff and student engagement, intervention planning, and long-term PBIS success.

Participants will focus on strengthening the foundation of their PBIS framework by revising lesson plans, enhancing acknowledgement systems, increasing staff and student involvement, building community connections, and using data to guide decision-making. Teams will also create Tier 1 tools and resources to support schoolwide implementation.
